A Gathering of Voices: The Writings of Sister Maura and Her Students

The event is a tribute to Sister Maura Eichner, poet and teacher, who inspired many of her students to become published writers. After Silence, a new selection of poems previously published by Sister Maura, will be released at the event, and there will be an exhibit of works of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, drama, essays, and other works published by Sister Maura’s students. Elizabeth Spires, poet and teacher, will make a presentation at 3:30 p.m.
