Acclaimed for his musicianship and pianistic gifts, Ernest Ragogini has toured the United States, Europe, Central and South America as recitalist and collaborative artist. Performing venues include Teatro Colón, Buenos Aires; Tully Hall, New York; Teatro Olimpia, Rome; and National Gallery, Corcoran Gallery and Phillips Collection, Washington DC. He has recorded for National Public Radio, WQXR, New York; WETA, Washington and WVIA, Pennsylvania. Ragogini, professor of music at Notre Dame, has received the Distinguished Teacher Award and the Mission and Ministry Award from the University. He is director of the Music at Notre Dame Concert Series and founder-director of Arts for Hearts’ Sake, a cultural series to which performing artists donate their services.
