Are you looking for guidance on how to move your career to the next level, return to the workforce after some time away or retool for a new field? Join us on Saturday, October 12 for Make Your Move, a workshop on career transition.

Keynote speaker: Nicholas Lore, career coach and author of The Pathfinder: How to Choose or Change Your Career for a Lifetime of Satisfaction and Success and Now What? A Young Person’s Guide to Choosing the Perfect Career. A noted career coach and founder of the Rockport Institute, Mr. Lore has been personally commended for excellence by two U.S. presidents.

Panel discussion, moderated by Edie Donohue Ph.D. ’60, co-author of Life after Layoff, and featuring:

  • Kathy Bovard, career development specialist in higher education
  • Norine Dagliano, job search specialist, coach, trainer and owner of ekm Inspirations
  • Sheila Smith ’11, HR specialist and partner at Smart Performance Strategies, LLC

Guided session with career personality assessment tool Compass Bring your laptop, tablet or smartphone, and you will be guided through the use of Compass, an exciting new assessment tool that offers a fun, visual approach to revealing your unique career personality type.

A wine and cheese networking reception will conclude the event.
