Cindy Wolf: Mixing Business with Culinary Pleasure

Opening a restaurant is high-risk: More than half will close or change hands within the first three years. It may surprise you to learn what factors contribute to success—and which ones don’t.

Join the Notre Dame community on Tuesday, April 23 as we welcome guest speaker Cindy Wolf to the Charles J. Busta III Lecture in Business. A partner in Foreman Wolf, which owns and operates five of Baltimore’s most highly regarded restaurants, Wolf is also a two-time finalist for the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef in the mid-Atlantic region.

Please register here or call 410-532-5201. This event is free of charge and open to the public with registration.
